Spoiler Alert incase you haven’t finished Netflix The Defenders, you have been warned. A revelation occurred during the finale. Misty Knight as a police detective she got involved with the heroism of The Defenders she went into the building where the final battle was going down she went into the place of battle were Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick) was fighting her previous mentor Bakuto (Ramón Rodríguez) .

Misty Knight interrupted the battle helping her but as of a result of this. Bakuto sliced her whole right arm off. If you are aware of her comic book counterpart you know she has a bionic arm so this event was foreshadowing for her comic book character development for Luke Cage season 2.

Misty Knight will have her iconic bionic arm, for season 2 of the Netflix Luke Cage which will give her near perfect aim via her bionic arm. I think she got her arm as a gift from Danny Rand who owns a multi-billionaire company so he most likely offered to help as friendly gesture or Luke suggested this, Luke Cage season 2 will be released in 2018.
