This game is a remaster of the classic PS2 game Crash Bandicoot. Developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Activision they are bringing back an old school favourite. During E3 last year 2016 the spokesperson discussed this. Crash Bandicoot is a Sony Interactive Entertainment classic IP. The initial release for this video game is June the 30th 2017 developed by Vicarious Visions, published by Activision this game is a platform game.
Crash Bandicoot old school synopsis
Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, the first PS2 addition to the series, delivers the same mix of intuitive gameplay and elaborate adventure that fans have come to expect, with many enhancements and all-new environments and missions.
Neo Cortex is back, and he means to rid himself of Crash once and for all. To energize his most diabolical creation to date, Cortex channels the power of the elementals, a group of renegade masks with the destructive power of Air, Earth, Water and Fire.
To stop the Elementals and Cortex’s new weapon, Crash or Coco (a fully playable character for the first time) will face five game hubs, 25 dynamic levels and five unique bosses, as well as the appearance of a new character who will rock the Crash world.
This new generation Crash Bandicoot is a collection of remasters from the first three video games in the Crash Bandicoot franchise: Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back and Warped which features the main character Crash and his adversary Dr Neo Cortex, like in the original video games, Crash uses awesome attacks such as spinning attacks and jumping techniques to destroy his enemies, collect items such as wumpa fruits, extra lives and protective Aku Aku masks and smash crates.
This trilogy adds brand new features from all the games including unified checkpoints, pause menu’s and multiple save check points such as manual and automatic saving time trails which was introduced in Warped. Which includes the ability to play through each game as Coco Bandicoot. (Crash’s sister)
This game is going to be so fun and exciting with boss battles and Crash’s vehicles (Animal riding levels) This new reboot will feature high-definition 4K resolution and remastered audio. Additionally, this IP will run at 60 frames per second on the PlayStation 4 and PC. Expect a release on June the 30th 2017.
