“The Power of Football” Continues with PES 2019 as KONAMI Announces Seven New League Licenses – including Scottish top flight

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has today announced that PES 2019 will feature seven new fully licensed leagues, with seven confirmed and two more to be announced at a later date. This announcement is part of KONAMI’s ongoing commitment to increase the number of licenses within the PES series.

The confirmed seven new authentic leagues available in PES 2019 include: Danish Superliga, Portugal’s Liga NOS, Belgium Pro League, Swiss Super League, Scotland’s Ladbrokes Premiership, Superliga Argentine, and exclusive to PES 2019, the Russian Premier Liga. All teams within the leagues will be fully licensed in PES 2019 as well.

KONAMI is especially thrilled to have signed the rights for the Russian Premier Liga exclusively, making PES 2019 the only football game on the market where fans can have access to the entire league featuring top clubs such as CSKA Moscow, Zenit St Petersburg and Spartak Moscow.

With the latest PES instalment being made available on 4K HDR across all platforms as well as the use of ‘Enlighten’ software for true-to-life visual effects and real time ‘Global Illumination’ lighting and shadows, PES 2019 will offer fans improved in-game graphics. This means better crowd detail, real grass textures and the return of the incredibly popular snow weather effect making those matches in Moscow even more realistic!

Tekken 7 will be getting a Free Update for Free DLC released May 31st

“Attack on Titan” Mobile Game Announces Official Title

LYNNWOOD, WA – May 22 – GameSamba has announced today the official title of the “Attack on Titan” mobile game that is currently in development: “Attack on Titan: Assault”. The game is officially licensed by Kodansha and will be available in all major English markets for Android and iOS devices once released.

Attack on Titan: Assault” will allow players and fans to battle titans on their mobile devices. It will combine elements of an RPG and runner features in order to replicate the fast-paced action of the titan battles from the anime series. Players will need to use careful planning-and quick reactions-to survive. There will also be deeper, persistent elements to the game, including multiplayer features, which will be revealed at a later date. 

Based on the manga “Shingeki no Kyojin” by Hajime Isayama originally serialized in the monthly BESSATSU SHONEN magazine published by Kodansha Ltd.

Mario Tennis – Launch Trailer for the Nintendo Switch

Mario Tennis Aces is an upcoming  is an upcoming sports game in the Mario Tennis series for Nintendo Switch set to release on June 22, 2018. It is the eighth installment in the series and will be the first Mario Tennis series game since Mario Tennis: Power Tour on the Game Boy Advance to feature a Story Mode. The game was first announced via a Nintendo Direct Mini presentation on January 11, 2018.

The base gameplay appears similar to that of Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, featuring different types of shots. Characters have an energy gauge that can be used to perform Zone Shots, Zone Speed, or Special Shots. The energy gauge can be increased by simple rallies or by performing Trick Shots, which require proper timing to hit the ball back. Zone Shots can be performed upon reaching a star icon on the ground, and allow the player to aim their shot anywhere on the court using motion controls.

The longer they take to aim, the more energy it depletes. Zone Speed allows the player to slow down time to allow them to reach a far-off shot in time. Special Shots are performed like Zone Shots, but require a full energy gauge. Ultra Smashes, Zone Shots, and Special Shots are able to damage rackets. Rackets can withstand three Zone Shots and Ultra Smashes combined or one Special Shot before breaking, and after being broken they are replaced with a new one, forcing the player to retire when they no longer have any usable racket.

With proper stroke timing, the shot can be blocked, increasing the character’s energy gauge and protecting their racket from damage. In doubles, each pair shares one energy gauge. Unlike Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, there will be a left-handed option for characters.

Other than the base style of gameplay, the game will also include a “simple rules” mode which excludes the new types of shots, as well as “Swing Mode”, which allows the player to use motion controls to swing their racket, similarly to Wii Sports. Unlike Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, the game will feature a traditional Tournament mode where the player can challenge computer opponents. Online multiplayer is also supported for up to four players (friends or other players) as well as for online tournaments. Participating in these can provide the player with participation prizes, including special in-game outfits or additional playable characters

Mario Tennis Aces Pre-launch Online Tournament (UK Time)

Nintendo UK will be hosting a pre-launch online tournament for the upcoming Mario Tennis game, Mario Tennis Aces. This tournament will take place on the 1st of June 2018 at 15:00 GMT (UK Time) until the 3rd June 23:59 GMT (UK Time), this is a great opporuntiy to try out Mario Tennis Aces before the official release date on your Nintendo Switch. 

All participants will receieve a special outfit as a award for contributing in this online pre-release tournament four characters will be featured in this tournament, the characters are: Mario, Peach, Yoshi and Bowser – with five more unlockable (no word on what they are). Single-player will also be available, although you will still need to be connected online.

Jake Gyllenhaal in Talks to Star in ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Sequel

Sony Picture’s Relasing are planning to creat their own Spider-Man Universe in the movie world, as part of this Universe a sequel for Spider-Man: Homecoming is confirmed, Sony Picture’s Releasing have found their main super villain. The actor Jake Gyllenhaal is in talks to potray the classic Marvel supervillain Mysterio. Mysterio will be in the upcoming sequel for Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Spider-Man creators comic book illustrators and writers Stan Lee and Steve Ditko they both introduced the character Mysterio in the comics in 1964, Mysterio is a special effects expert, Quentin Beck used his talents to create elaborate illusions to commit crimes in order to battle Spider-Man, and get away with his crimes and villanous plots. 

Jake Gyllenhaal the actor in talks for the role of Quentin Beck also known by his villanous alias Mysterio has an interesting history with Spider-Man. Original Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire injured his back while shooting Seabiscuit in between Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man (2002) and Spider-Man 2 (2004), and Jake Gyllenhaal was briefly considered to take over the role if Maguire could not resume his duties. Maguire was able to return to work, and the filmmakers put a joke about Spider-Man hurting his back into the sequel. Jake Gyllenhaal was also rumoured to be potraying Batman after Ben Affleck.

Tom Holland starred as the Marvel hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming and recently appeared in Avengers: Infinity War. Jon Watts is returning to direct the sequel to Homecoming, which earned $880 million worldwide. Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, two of the screenwriters behind the first movie, are back as well.

Sony and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel is set for July 5, 2019.

LONDON, UK — MAY 21ST, 2018 — Today, Ubisoft® announced the full details for Operation Para Bellum, one of the largest content updates yet for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six®  Siege. Operation Para Bellum introduces two new defending operators, Alibi and Maestro, alongside an all-new map, Villa, set in the Italian countryside. Year Three Season Two also brings a breath of innovation, including a new intel gadget, operator speed adjustments, various other gameplay improvements, and the all new Pick & Ban setting – a feature that evolves the way players engage with multiplayer. Operation Par Bellum will be available in June 2018.

In Operation Para Bellum, two Italian G.I.S. Operators join Rainbow as the unit raids a luxurious Tuscan villa, Rainbow Six Siege’s 20th map. The land belongs to the Vinciguerra, a dangerous crime family known for their smuggling activities. The house is their retreat, where they lead a lavish lifestyle and collect rare art pieces. Players will arrive at Villa during a key moment: Vinciguerras are burning documents and transporting their holdings before the big raid. But they’ve got wind of Operation Para Bellum and fled, leaving everything in disarray with vital information ready for the taking.

New operator, Alibi, is an undercover infiltration specialist in the Italian Gruppo di Intervento Speciale (G.I.S.) unit. She is a cunning adversary with a gift for infiltrating dense networks of organised crime. Alibi is notable for her deployable Hologram, a mechanism that makes it difficult for enemies to positively identify her from her incredibly realistic projections.

New Operator, Maestro, is another member of the Italian, Gruppo di Intervento Speciale (G.I.S.) and participated in joint operations in Iraq, earning a facial scar from a roadside IED. Maestro is notable for his remote access turret, which is also bulletproof, capable of seeing through smoke, and able to fire low powered-laser beams.

Operation Para Bellum will also introduce the Pick & Ban system. This feature provides an extra layer of strategy between teams, as each side tries to counter their opponents’ picks during the banning phase.  Players can even anticipate a thrilling twist at the last moment, when teams swap Operators for the unexpected 6th Pick.

• Now players will be able to recover from the ground when hit by Android 16’s Dynamite Driver
• Removed the invincibility to ranged attacks from Android 16’s Standing Heavy, Jumping Heavy and Crouching Heavy

• Reduced the duration of block stun for Vegeta (Super Saiyan)’s Z assist

GOHAN (Adult):
• Modified the property of Gohan (Adult)’s down light attack to match with other light attacks
• Modified Gohan (Adult)’s heavy version of mid-air Ultimate Back Attack so that opponents are now able to ground recover when hit
• Reduced the frame advantage of Gohan (Adult)’s heavy version of Machine Gun Kick when it’s blocked by an opponent

• Fixed an issue where Kid Buu’s Candy Beam sometimes hits an opponent for several times
• Made a modification to Kid Buu’s Pearl Flash so that the damage scaling of Super Attacks is now applied

• Fixed an issue where the move property of Android 21’s Solar Flare which becomes available after absorbing an opponent isn’t ranged attack
• Android 21’s Total Detonation Ball has been adjusted so that it now disappears when hit by Broly’s Powered Shell
• Fixed an issue where a sound effect isn’t played when Android 21 executes a mid-air version of her special move Sticky Energy Blast

• Fixed an issue where some characters don’t instantly transition to their down motion but keeps performing their super armor moves until the end in the case the character loses all its health by an opponent’s move that has a property to lock down an enemy
• Fixed an issue where a character reacts and turns back to an opponent after the Vanish attack while they are performing certain Special Moves or Super Attacks such as Goku (Super Saiyan)’s Kamehameha
• Fixed an issue where a character floats in the air for a short period when getting a sliding knock down by particular moves such as Goku Black’s Holy Light Grenade
• Fixed an issue where Z Assist characters fly high up in the air when they are forced to leave the screen by certain moves such as Goku Black’s God Slicer Dance
• Fixed an issue where a player’s character loses its ability to move properly when the player performs Z reflect against some specific moves such as Android 16’s Hell Flash
• Fixed an issue where a player’s normal Jumping Heavy Attack works in the same way as an auto combo finisher when an opponent’s Z Assist character leaves the screen while the player is performing a combo
• Fixed an issue where scaling that should have been applied to non-recovery frame to prevent a combo loop isn’t applied when starting a combo with certain moves
• Fixed an issue where a character slides horizontally with facing downward when triggering Super Dash under specific conditions
• Fixed an issue where certain voices aren’t played in certain situations
• Fixed KO voices so that the appropriate voices that are corresponding to certain characters will be played
• Increased the duration of throw invincibility for both air and ground back dash
• Made some adjustments to make it harder to execute the Z reflect for the second time in succession
• Fixed an issue where the invincibility of Z assist characters aren’t properly disabled when leaving the screen due to the main character getting a hit
• Fixed an issue where a player’s main character is able to cancel moves to an another move even when they are whiffing in the case the player team’s fireballs got reflected by an opponent’s Z-reflect or Super dash.

Kingdom Hearts 3 official screenshots from the premiere of the upcoming title

Kingdom Hearts is a series of crossover action role-playing games owned by Disney and developed and published by Square Enix, Kingdom Hearts 3 is one of, Square Enix’s passionate projects and the newest iteration, this series is a crossover action role-playing game owned by Disney and developed and published by Square Enix, this series is a collaboration between Disney Interactive and Square Enix, this Intellectual property is led by Japanese game director Tetsuya Nomura one of the original creators of this franchise alongside: Tai Yasue who is the assistant director for Kingdom Hearts 3 and Rie Nishi who is the production manager for Kingdom Hearts 3.

This specific video game franchise became an iconic video game series back in 2002, this Japanese video game by Tetsuya Nomura the game director, as of December 2006, Kingdom Hearts has shipped over 5.6 million copies worldwide with 1.1 million in PAL regions, 1.5 million in Japan, and 3.0 million in North America, by October 2013 the series had sold over 20 million units worldwide so now you know this series is on high demand.

The creators of Kingdom Hearts 3 mentioned that they wanted Toy Story characters and other Disney characters since the first game.  Since Disney own this franchise and it is a collaboration between Square Enix, their request was granted also Disney own Pixar now, so they own the rights to Pixar movie characters too so they can be used in this upcoming Kingdom Hearts game.

Square Enix hosted a premiere for Kingdom Hearts 3, which revealed new gameplay and screenshots of the upcoming game and it is amazing and immersive, in the new gameplay you can see IGN staff playing as Sora the main protagonist of the Kingdom Hearts series who is a Keyblade wielder, Sora is a teenager who  aware of the importance of his quest. He possesses a strong sense of justice and an unrelenting heart. At times, he is impulsive and quick to anger when defending his friends, but he is always sincere about what he says and does. He has been best friends with Riku and Kairi since their early childhood.

In addition, players will be able to select from pre-set control options, including options for left-handed players, or fully customize the keyboard and mouse controls to their preference. In addition, Treyarch and Beenox worked closely with the team at Blizzard to incorporate’s social systems, security, and server stability into Black Ops 4 to prepare for the release on on October 12th.

Yoshimitsu will be joining the character roster for Soul Calibur VI

18th May, 2018 – Richmond, UK: BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment are pleased to announce the addition of Yoshimitsu to the SOULCALIBUR VI roster. SOULCALIBUR VI will be launched in 2018 for PlayStation®4, Xbox One and PC.

The Manji clan’s village was located at the bottom of the Holy Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the clan was destroyed by the ire of a powerful warlord. As the lone survivor, Yoshimitsu, dedicated his life to his clan’s martial arts. With his excellent swordsmanship, he was the greatest swordsmen of his time.
